Structure and reasoning
Levels, events and percentiles are the ones computed by the run on D1, H4 and H1 bars from the capitalcom-demo feed, up to the 21:00 UTC close of 09/10/2026; no macro data or calendar.
Alignment: D1, H4 and H1 are all classified bullish. The latest D1 swing is a higher high (HH) at 7,844.1 on 06/10, above the 7,781.1 shelf.
Liquidity: on 08/10 price ran the 7,750.4 H4 lower low, 1.25ATR deep on the H1 chart and 0.70 ATR on H4, and closed back above, up to 7,816.5. The raid shows on two timeframes, not one.
Near-term control: on 09/10 a bullish H1 BOS at 7,804.2 put buyers back in control.
Reading: alignment, a reclaimed liquidity raid and the H1 break are three facts pointing the same way.
Entry: H1 is already extended (ATR percentile 71), right below the swept 7,816.5 highs and the 7,844.1 shelf. The entry therefore waits for a pullback into the 7,777 demand cluster rather than buying the close.
Opposite scenario
No D1 or H4 structure event in the window is displacement quality: all are drift or indeterminate. D1 compression (ATR percentile 39) and H4 (29) say the higher-timeframe range is contracting.
From 20/08 to 01/10 D1 alternates lower highs and lower lows with higher highs: a broad range with a mild upward skew, not an impulsive trend.
In the last week price probed the highs at 7,781.1, 7,816.5 and the 7,826.7–7,844.1 zone: also the shape of a market distributing into overhead liquidity. In that reading the 06/10 high at 7,844.1 is itself the sweep, and the 08/10 bearish H1 BOS at 7,793.4, the only displacement-quality one, is the first crack.
Price would then rotate back toward the 7,707.2 and 7,642.7 shelves, and the 7,777 entry would sit at the worst point of the range.
