Terms of use of the site and of the waiting list

1. Who we are
The site usemeridianai.com and the Meridian Engine analyses are published by Horizon AI, a limited liability company being incorporated in Italy. Until registration with the Companies Register, the relationships described in these Terms are with the founders Fabio Salvan and Salvatore Contino, acting for the Horizon AI project; from incorporation the company takes over. Contact: contact@usemeridianai.com.
2. What they apply to
These Terms govern the use of the site, registration on the waiting list and receipt of analyses by email. From the opening of paid access, the purchase conditions in section 7 also apply. By using the site or joining the waiting list you accept these Terms. The site is intended for adults.
3. What the analyses are
Meridian Engine is an artificial intelligence system that produces directional market analyses (the "analyses" or "Readings"). Each analysis states, before the price moves and with its time of issue in UTC, a direction (bullish or bearish), an entry level, a stop, one or more price targets and the conditions under which the analysis is void. The outcome is checked afterwards on the public price series named in each sheet and stays in the record with its result, losses included. 4. What the analyses are not
The analyses are general content, identical for all recipients. They are not based on the financial situation, objectives, knowledge, experience or risk tolerance of the reader, which Horizon AI neither collects nor assesses. They state no position size and contain no invitation to trade at a given moment. They are not investment advice, personal recommendations, portfolio management, solicitation, offer or invitation to invest under Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998, Directive 2014/65/EU or Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. They may constitute investment recommendations within the meaning of Article 3(1)(35) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and are prepared in line with the objective-presentation and disclosure-of-interests standards of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/958. Horizon AI is not authorised to provide investment or crypto-asset services, does not execute orders, does not manage third-party capital and receives no compensation linked to readers' trades. The decision to trade, the position size and the risk remain solely with the reader. Trading leveraged products such as CFDs and forex carries a high risk of losing money rapidly: you can lose all the capital you deposit. Past outcomes in the record do not indicate future results.
5. Waiting list and analyses by email
By registering with your email address you receive: a confirmation with a personal code; one or two analyses a week, in the same format as the public record, followed by their outcome; the notice that access has opened. During the waiting list the analyses are free of charge. In return Horizon AI processes your email address as described in the privacy notice: this relationship is a contract for the supply of digital content in exchange for personal data under Articles 135-octies et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email or by writing to contact@usemeridianai.com: the relationship ends, the address is deleted and the code is cancelled. Analyses received by email are for personal use.
6. Personal code
The code you receive on registration is personal, non-transferable and is not an invitation code. It identifies you when access opens and applies the founding conditions published on the site at the time of your registration. It expires 30 days after access opens. It gives no right to prizes or cash refunds.
7. Purchasing analyses once access opens
These conditions apply when paid access opens, with notice by email to registered users. a) Price: EUR 24 per single analysis, including taxes where due, unless a different price is shown at the time of purchase; for those who joined the waiting list before opening, the price of EUR 24 per single analysis remains valid for three months from opening. b) No charge is made without your explicit confirmation of payment. c) The seller is Horizon AI S.r.l., once incorporated and registered with the Companies Register: paid access does not open before then. Payment methods, invoicing and refund handling are shown on the purchase page; the payment service provider is named there. d) The purchased analysis is made available immediately after payment, in the format of the public record, with its time of issue. e) Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Because the analysis is digital content supplied immediately, before payment you are asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that, once the analysis is made available, you lose the right of withdrawal (Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). Without this consent the analysis is made available after 14 days. f) Conformity guarantee: Articles 135-octies et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code apply to digital content. An analysis conforms when it matches what is described in these Terms and on the Methodology page; the market outcome of an analysis is not a lack of conformity. g) No subscription is activated without your explicit and separate request.
8. Permitted use
The analyses and the site content belong to Horizon AI and are provided for personal use. Copying, republishing, reselling, distributing them in channels, groups or services, or using them to train automated systems is not permitted without written agreement. Short quotations with the source and the link to the sheet are allowed. The public record may be consulted freely.
9. Independence and conflicts of interest
The founders trade on their own account, including instruments covered by the analyses; the rules that apply and the disclosure in each analysis are on the Meaning and risks page. Any commercial agreement between Horizon AI and intermediaries or prop firms is disclosed at the foot of each analysis and on the same page. No intermediary takes part in producing the analyses.
10. Corrections and changes
After issue an analysis is not modified. Text or data errors are recorded in the corrections log. Horizon AI may update these Terms: the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date; changes to the waiting-list conditions are notified by email to registered users and do not reduce founding conditions already acquired.
11. Liability
Horizon AI is liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence and in the cases provided by law; the rights the law grants to consumers are unaffected. The analyses may contain errors, omissions, data delays and incorrect interpretations, and the market may invalidate them at any time: Horizon AI is not liable for trading decisions taken by readers or for the results of their trades. The site may be suspended for maintenance or technical reasons without notice.

13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in a State of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, the mandatory rules and the courts of the country of residence remain unaffected. For any dispute with a consumer resident in Italy, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; the alternative dispute resolution bodies provided for by the Italian Consumer Code are available.
